Can I return my jewellery for a refund or exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, we stand by the quality of our jewellery – if you receive your order and there is any manufacturer defect or damage, please contact us immediately at summertidejewels@gmail.com to provide us with more details and photos so we can review any replacement request.
How do I know if a piece of jewellery will fit me?
The size of each piece of jewellery is indicated on our website e.g. length of chain, diameter of bracelet. You can check the size on yourself by cutting a piece of paper or string that correspondence with the length or diameter to see whether it will fit/where it falls. If you are still unsure about your size, please contact us at summertidejewels@gmail.com and we would be happy to assist you.
What if I don’t see exactly what I am looking for?
In some cases (especially for our charm necklaces), we may be able to customize a piece to your preferences. Please contact us at summertidejewels@gmail.com if you have an idea for a custom piece of jewellery and we can provide you with information on cost and timing for shipping.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
As a result of ongoing tariffs and labour disruptions with Canada Post, we are not generally shipping outside of Canada. However, if there are items you are interested in purchasing and you are outside of Canada, please e-mail us at summertidejewels@gmail.com and we can consider shipping options available at that time and let you know what the cost/timing might entail.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! We are not set-up yet to purchase e-gift cards on our website, but if you are interested in purchasing a gift card, please e-mail us at summertidejewels@gmail.com and we can help you make this arrangement for someone special!
